Less Than A Week!

Hi Team!

Your captains and coaches are busy getting the last few things ready for next week's first practice on Tuesday.  We are all so excited about getting the 2016 season started!  Here are a few last-minute reminders:

1.  Our first practice is Tuesday, August 9th from 8-11 am at Appleton West.  Meet at the pool to check in with the coaches and captains, and then we will head to the LMC for a team meeting.  We will get in the water after the meeting, so please bring your suit, goggles, cap, and a water bottle. Please plan on arriving by 7:50 so we can get started right at 8.

2.  All paperwork and fees need to be turned in before August 9th or you will not be able to practice with us.  Checks to cover the $50 fee need to be made out to Appleton West Girls Swimming and Diving and must be turned in to the Business Office at Appleton West.  If you still need to print out your forms, click on the "forms" link to the right of the blog.

3.  Once the season starts on August 9th, all practices are mandatory.  If you need to miss a practice, please clear it ahead of time with Coach Vicki or Coach K.  Our entire season's practice schedule is available by clicking on the link to the right.

4.  Our big all-program (Girls and Boys Team) party is on Friday, August 12th, starting at 10:30 am. We will play water polo and then have a cookout. More details to follow.

5.  We still need a few more people to help out on the August 13th (9:00 am) clean up day at Lambeau Field. Please let me know ASAP if you can volunteer that day.

6.  Please mark your calendar for our Parent Potluck/Meet the Team Dinner on August 18th at 5:30 pm on the West patio by the pool.  All athletes and their parents are required to attend.  Details will follow.
