2016 AW-K Girls Swimming & Diving Team
When: Tuesday, July 12, 2016
Time: Bus leaves from in front of the Appleton West Pool at 8:00 am and returns to the Appleton West Pool at 8:00 pm
Cost: $40 per swimmer ($24.99 for ticket, plus bus costs). Please make checks out to Appleton West Girls Swimming & Diving. You can bring the money and permission slip to our July 6th Contact Day, or mail your permission slip and fees to me at Appleton West (610 N. Badger Ave., Appleton, WI 54914). You will not be able to go on the trip without paying your fees and turning in your permission slip.
Bring: swimsuit, towel, sunscreen, flip flops, lunch money or a bagged lunch, and money to stop for dinner (Noodles, Jimmy John’s--approximately $10) and your completed permission slip.
