When:  Sunday, November 15th, 5:30 pm
Where:  Appleton West Cafeteria 

Please bring a main dish to share that serves 6 as well as the following according to your grade:

Freshmen:  Chips or snacks
Sophomores:  Drinks (water, juice, etc)
Juniors: Veggies, Salad, or Fruit
Seniors:  Desserts
